Prompt: Heat
It was the flame of her hair that made him turn her. The way it suggested heat.
He didn't realize, until too late, that she'd turn so cold.

Ice, applied at the right moment, with a feather brush of pressure, causes the skin to flush with heat. A touch of warmth in the eyes and candor on the tongue calms the most nervous gawky youth. Her mind is full of such things: how to calm; how to caress; how to comfort; how to seduce.
The one thing she can't do is bare her heart to the man she loves.
