I keep hearing good things about Loudoun's libraries, and that last ditch write-in during NaNo managed to get me in one their locations. Perhaps it's time that I revisit them.
I like them because they carry things I can't find in Fairfax. For example Leslie, my roommate, heard of Juan of the Dead, a zombie movie out of Cuba. I looked and, yes!, Loudoun had it.
