Buffy the Animated Series

Apparently Joss Whedon regrets not making this. Here are my thoughts:

Why does Xander remind of Shaggy? And "Cordelia already made me insecure about what to wear" to the Bronze coming from Willow. Really? Is this a joke? "The followers of Morgan Freeman"? Yep, it must be a joke. Willow going all buggy because Buffy staked a vamp the night before?

And damn. I really thought that dragon had eaten Buffy, which would have made this the shortest animated series ever! Which would have been a good thing.

But you have Jack and John, so all is forgiven!

They aren't doing their little dialogue thing, at least for me they aren't. ;-(

I actually picked up that icon before I saw that episode so the dialogue in my head plays out much snarkier than they actually said it.

The dialogue works on mine!

I did love Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, I spent the whole time just laughing my arse off and the sheer awesomeness of the situation - Torchwood + Buffy = happiness. Anything could have happened, just the two of them sitting in a blank room and I would have watched.

I quite clearly have no shame.

Great, I'm glad the dialogue thing is my computer and not some backwards compatibility issue with icons.

I have no shame either. I will so watch tv shows and movies just because I know James Marsters is going to be in them. *shakes head* Kids these days. What is the world coming to.

We are sad people. With incredibly good taste.

Actually I'm almost maniacally hyper today. I'm on word count for the first two days of NaNoWriMo. I'm going to listen to an excellent author speak this afternoon. Then I'm stopping at the most amazing restaurant which I've only eaten at once because it is too far off but am going to to day because it's near where the author will be speaking. Oh, and I haven't changed my clocks yet so every time I look at them I get a jolt of "I have an hour more of day than I thought I did!"

What a great day!

*hides jealousy*

You know, changing the clocks over always makes my brain explode - I get so lost. But when I was in hospital, my bay didn't have a clock, so I missed the changing over anyway. I completely lost track of the date/time.

Too braggy? I apologize if so.

Well, the changing over was last night. I don't think I heard about it until Friday. I remember years ago when I worked at a grocery store. Once a year I would come in an hour late and once a year I would come in an hour early. ;-)

I think here in England it was last week.

But still: Brain. Ache.

Huh, I never even thought about whether or not they do the time change in other countries.
