So now that I'm almost ready to post the prologue, I stop and realize that the Scoobies don't figure out that Giles is evil, which, okay, I still like the story I'm writing but ...

evil!Giles giving bad info to the Council
Buffy having no idea how to contact the Council and tell her that her Watcher is evil

I could have so much fun! But it's going to have to wait. I really need to get this first one posted.
