Christmas Blues

My neck's been hurting for days (old auto accident) so I finally took a muscle relaxant last night. Ugh. I am completely groggy today and Leslie's guest is coming for lunch, not dinner, so I can't even get in a couple more hours of sleep before I have to start cooking. ;-(

Edited just before noon: I'm feeling better now. Leslie went upstairs to take her shower while I was stirring the risotto. It was quite meditative and definitely picked me up.

Thanks. Now I'm massively exhausted. I shouldn't have pushed to get all my thank you letters written today. Some of them are a bit incoherent.
