Fandom Snowflake Challenge

Day 2 of the Fandom Snowflake Challenge: In your own space, create a list of at least three fannish things you'd love to receive, something you've wanted but were afraid to ask for - a fannish wish-list of sorts. Leave a comment in this post saying you did it. Include a link to your wish-list if you feel comfortable doing so. Maybe someone will grant a wish. Check out other people's posts. Maybe you will grant a wish. If any wishes are granted, we'd love it if you link them to this post.

I don't have that much that I want. The end of 2014 / start of 2015 has been quite nice to me.
1. pickamix made me a delightful banner for In a Corner of My Soul. I can't imagine a banner I'd be happier with.
2. Three of my stories have been nominated at the Headline Awards. Many thanks.

Okay, for my third. I feel sort of mean for asking about this. I've been posting to Taming the Muse for 45 weeks now. I understand that after 30 weeks I'm allowed to suggest prompts but nobody's gotten to me to tell me how. I have some vague idea that the mod is having massive real life issues but I don't know what they are. Okay, here's my problem. I feel like everyone else is posting prompts and getting together for tea parties and laughing at me because I'm on the outside looking in. I know that's stupid. Sadly I am that insecure. If I could have some explanation of what's going on, I'd feel so much better. Even just one person saying "yes, that's happening to me too" would do so much to alleviate my stupid insecurities.

Thanks, I actually hadn't seen that. What I had found seemed to be allowing me to "sell" weeks. I don't recall what for but it didn't look like anything I'd want to do.

Now the site you found seems straightforward although I have a comment from one of the mods suggesting I can post prompts now (as of 30 weeks) and that site doesn't accept any until 75 weeks. And does that mean after 75 weeks I can post prompts each week or is it just a one-time thing? I'm finding this very confusing.

Or maybe they changed rules at some point... It's hard to find an answer there. Guess the best way is either to contact mods via this post (http://tamingthemuse.livejournal.com/1834003.html), or ask some of TTM veterans directly.

I've found the mods to be unresponsive. I might ask one of the TTM vets. I probably would never have mentioned it except it was the only thing I could think of that I wanted in response to the challenge.
