well that's odd

a Russian comment in one of my posts translates to "Hello! I offer friendship magazines."

Anyone know what that's about?

Non google-translate meaning of that comment it "let's mutually friend each other". Just random spam from someone obsessed with increasing their friend count for statistics\getting into LJ top lists. It's still a thing in the Russian part of LJ.
