Roommie had an appointment with her foot surgeon this morning. She's allowed to drive again! *does happy dance*

She is super-happy. She can even wear shoes now although she had to buy two pair of sneakers, one a size bigger than her usual so it would fit on the healing foot (still swollen!).

She has to wear the boot about 50% of the time (when not sleeping) and has been told to ice it more often.
