Yeah. The e-mail didn't mention whom was bitten but based on what another neighbor said, it was an older woman, in her 60s or 70s I'd guess. It bit her and didn't let go. She had to hit at it to make it go away. I'm not sure if she was walking alone or not. Ugh!
