I feel for you. Late 2016 our then-landlady went "oh btw you gotta move out asap" and we were just... "HOW. WHY. WHAT"
followed by a couple months of frantic hysterical searching in a very bad market at a very bad time... anyway

I'm sure Kat has helped you before but that was a dick move. It leaves you in an unsecure place which I doubt she plans to be "helpful" with.
