Edit: I practiced tonglen for 10 minutes and feel better.

Thank you. I have so many stressers at the moment. My job is awful. I'm thinking of going back into CS but my life basically fell apart just before I left CS last time so there's all kinds of old issues there. My Dad lives alone and he's getting older to the point of he really needs someone nearby. Partly CS is to get ma a better paying job so I can live closer.

It's a horrible time for us all, and "What doesn't kill us makes us stronger" is crap. Sometimes it weakens us to the point where barely coping is a constant struggle.

Just remember that you matter. You have people who care.
