sad because I hurt my knee

Hi,

I injured my knee. My appointment at the orthopedist isn't until the 10th. I'm hoping to avoid surgery so any healing anyone's willing to send will be greatly appreciated. Prayers, reiki, rituals, whatever you've got, I'd appreciate it.

Thank you. Off to orthopedist office on Tuesday but my chiropractor has been doing a great job on it. Pretty sure I won't be told I need surgery.
