Where did this 3-5 inches of snow prediction come from for tomorrow?!? How did I miss that until now?

The snow itself shouldn't be too bad, it's the overnight ice that'll be the challenge. Hopefully the Tuesday rain will deal with that.
Anyway, here's where I tend to get my data from:
1) Before the fact.
2) After the fact.

Thanks. I think I actually missed the prediction because I wasn't checking. Although this may explain the rush at grocery stores on Saturday.
