I really need to stretch more

Last Wednesday I woke up and my hip hurt like hell. I have no idea what I did to it. I can now walk downstairs almost normally, step right, step left. Walking upstairs I lead with my right foot: step right, drag left behind, step right, drag left behind. I feel like Galaxy Quest's hurt alien.

I really need to stretch more

Last Wednesday I hurt my hip. I'm not sure how. When I woke it hurt like hell. It's getting better. I can now climb downstairs normally: step right; step left. Climbing upstairs is not so good: step right, drag left, step right, drag left. I feel like Galaxy Quest's hurt alien.
