Start of Giles as Big Bad

I've posted the first scene over at Taming the Muse. I'd originally planned to start with the ritual to Eyghon but the requiem prompt got me thinking about Randall's funeral and I decided to try that out as my starting place. If you have an opinion on which would be a better starting point, please let me know.

Thanks. I'm still working out how strongly Eyghon would be in his mind. I think it'd be annoying if he was talking to the demon all the time.

Thanks. If it helps, I'm not sure how well I'm going to handle the longer story arcs. I've been focused on drabbles for so long I'm not sure I can hold a reader's attention over the course of a longer story.
