katiegrrl1016 over on tumblr is looking for an example of an AU/All-Human Spuffy fic that was turned into general romance novel for her graduate thesis. Being more of a Spander and Giles/Ethan fan, I don't have any recs but I thought I'd boost the signal.

I think eurydice72 published one or more of her Spuffy fics as original fics. Your friend would have to check with her about which ones, though.
