Done. I've deleted my LJ account.

Feels like the end of an era. I started on LJ after my Mom passed away. I'm leaving after her sister died. Sort of a strange bookmarking. ;-(

I'm sorry they made that the most reasonable option. I'm torn because of the LJ communities I like are staying put for the time being.

Still waiting to get my LJ completely backed up. I'm sure the DW servers are slammed right now.

A number of the LJ communities I follow moved. I was mostly concerned with Taming the Muse because I post each week. During this transition it's what keeps me writing and I'd hate to lose that.
