I just can't

My sister posted a memory of sharing the news our aunt Alice had died 4 years ago. She added this comment. Sure do miss her! 💔

And I just can’t. I know Alice was good to Jackie and her kids, but the woman used to bully me something fierce.

We are allowed to have our route memories of those that are no longer alive. Even more so because those memories tend to be aggressively socially pruned to the happy ones.

That's true. Even on the last day of my job, I felt sort of sad to be going. And then Tina walked up to me and got right in my face with her mask down below her nose. And some other stuff happened which reminded me why I was leaving.
