not impressed

So InstaCart apparently has a convoluted process to pay by EBT. I was told at first that the food items I ordered weren't EBT options. Now I'm told that I had to check some box so it would not all get charged to my credit card? They are reimbursing my charges but still feel like they are scamming people.

They don't actually want to take EBT but are required to, so they're going to make it as difficult as possible to successfully use EBT, is what it sounds like.
