Thank you. I'm always surprised when someone reads the entire series in one fell swoop, given how long it is although I've certainly done that with other people's series.
This series started out as one story! Suddenly I had a sequel and then another and another until I'd written a series of six stories. The prophecy was mainly put in there as a way to get Aidan to go along with the soul restoring but, after I'd written that, I did start realizing I was setting up a sequel. Before that, though, I'll be writing a series that parallels this one. Basically I got curious as to how Wesly went from the dundering idiot in Season 3 to the very competent man I've written here. Also I was interested in seeing if I could write that as a gradual transformation (vs. the 'you have your soul back' type transformations I have in this series). So, before I write the sequel to this, I'll be writing a series with Wesley as Faith's Watcher. Aidan's in there too.
All that just to say: I'll probably write a sequel but don't hold your breath.
