Now that I've finished the final Harry Potter book, I'm going back to the last two movies. I'm not going to talk in detail about them but I did want to comment on Hermione obliviating her parent's memory of her. That is one of the most heartbreakingly courageous scene in the movies. That had to have been so hard for her to do but Hermione, seeing the necessity, did it.

( I doubt the image would iconize well, but Giles walking past the greenery carrying a tower of books. Oh my Goddess, and I just realized that was me in high-school. No wonder my sister ragged on me for carrying all my books home each night. )
