Jul. 29th, 2016 04:50 pmMuscle spasm of the gluteus minimus. That's what's wrong with me. Name doesn't cover it. Needs more words like "ouchie" and "super hurty" and "excruciating." I need to find a tennis ball to loosen muscle fibers and I have a preventative exercise on a lowish table. A variant of the pigeon is sitting with one foot on the floor and hooking the other leg over and leaning forward. I can't raise my injured leg high enough yet, even if it is better after painkillers I started taking yesterday.
While I was there I forgot to ask if there's an association between pain and loss of appetite. Just before visiting the doctor, I'd started eating very little. I just wasn't hungry, My appetite only came back today, about 22 hours after I started taking painkillers my doctor prescribed. So, I'm guessing that lack of appetite was due to pain.
