shrimp with lobster sauce recipe

Mom and I had gotten shrimp with lobster sauce at City Lights of China. They made it with a nice thick sauce which had thrilled her because it's apparently hard to find with the sauce done the way Mom likes. She found a recipe online which she shared with me. I tweaked it, basically pulling the shrimp out and finishing of the recipe sans shrimp so they didn't overcook. It was a great recipe.

Well, the last place I lived had bugs. When I found flour beetles on my recipe papers, I decided to toss them. Of course I scanned them first but the file labeled shrimp with lobster sauce had some other recipe. So I've lost my awesome shrimp with lobster sauce recipe.

I tried a different recipe, one I found online, this evening. Not particularly good. ;-( 

Anyone have a good recipe to recommend?
