This chapter is really charming! I'm no fan of Andrew, which means his blathering seems about right to me; and I love that Buffy can seem aimless and scattered one moment and then the minute there's "something to do", she can issue a simple direct command to Zin with practiced authority.
And I like the character of Zin even though we see very little of her here.
