World Tai Chi Day

dragonyphoenixI'm back from World Tai Chi day. This is the first year there was more than one demo area and I wanted to see two of the demos, each of which was at a different area. They were close together in the timelien too: one in the fourth spot and the other in the fifth, but the second was running later than the first so I had no trouble getting both in.
We also got to take mini-classes after. I took yoga with sticks! Also two qigong with Pauline whom I've studied with before. One was for detox and the other for stress and I figured I needed help with both so ...
These two vids are not from this year but they are the people I really wanted to see (and did!) this year. Van Nga Vu tai chi-ed with fans this year but I couldn't find a vid of that.
