would a cushion help

dragonyphoenixOuch! Someone at work decided they wanted a more comfortable chair and so switched mine with another. On top of residual accident injuries, this is leaving my legs and knees feeling quite sore. I'm thinking I need a chair cushion. Do you think that'd make a difference? If yes, any recommendations on brands?
