dragonyphoenixSo InstaCart apparently has a convoluted process to pay by EBT. I was told at first that the food items I ordered weren't EBT options. Now I'm told that I had to check some box so it would not all get charged to my credit card? They are reimbursing my charges but still feel like they are scamming people.
