not impressed

So InstaCart apparently has a convoluted process to pay by EBT. I was told at first that the food items I ordered weren't EBT options. Now I'm told that I had to check some box so it would not all get charged to my credit card? They are reimbursing my charges but still feel like they are scamming people.

One of the women Becky (roommat) worked with on Saturday tested positive for COVID today. The woman has been on medication that weakened her immune system so Becky and I are thinking the woman's vaccinations didn't take.
