I seem to be turning into a snot-monster. Yay, just what I wanted. Not really. (The not really was for "just what I wanted"; the snot-monster bit does seem to be true.)
Ah, the cold that ate LA - yes, she has visited. I hate the fish bowl effect - wherein I vaguely remember what it was like to both breath and think, when I am not coughing up my spleen. It is the 2nd cousin of the pimple from Pompeii that likes to visit at prom.
Rest - the muse needs to rest too. She will return when she is ready.
I have orange juice and Kat suggested I make chicken soup because it will also add some humidity to the air. (I complained that I had a terribly sore throat when I woke up and had attributed it to how dry the place is in winter.)
You can't be an atheist and believe in homeopathic remedies? I actually wish I spent more time writing than I do although I doubt I'd ever get to 75% of my time. Sleep good. ;-)
I once noticed that the only time I could lie effectively was when I was joking, saying something so outrageous I thought no one would take it seriously. Or possibly others were playing along. I've never been sure.
