"Magic town"? What does that mean, even?

I mean that would have made sense in some film about the swingin' '60's ('cause oh boy do we Americans have our fantasy version of England in the '60's) where someone leaked LSD into the water and...I've got nothin' here.

I think they brought magic back into the world and it went a bit wonky. I haven't been reading so I'm not exactly sure. Apparently Angel has a vendetta going on against a pixie. It's all rather disturbing.

I read an excellent LSD in the water story decades back. And I can't believe I found it online. I've never been able to before.
