I finally have a doctor I like. She's older than I am and has lost weight herself so she knows it isn't easy but at the same time sets an example that it can be done.
She's also cool about my needle phobia. I'm actually coming to trust that she's not going to turn into an evil demon on me when I go into her office. Sadly that's less of an exaggeration than you would probably think.
