The great, late Franco Urru did a wonderful baby Spike (and Angel):

Oh! Which was the issue? I think I remember something like that but I'm not sure. I loved Franco Urru's style and he perfectly captured the beautifulness of Spike's cheekbones.

But I think that baby Spike (William as a human kid) was much more like Isaacs' baby Giles. All curly haired and adorable. Awww

I love Rebekah Isaacs' Young Giles (on the right), Harry Potter lookalike or not. I'm not really a fan of Will Conrad's version (left).
