Someone made a movie of Tiptree's SF feminist classic "The Screwfly Solution". The story  is excellent. The movie isn't as good but I definitely found it worth watching.

It got better towards the end, but not as good as the story. There's a scene where men are catcalling women and I liked the association between the catcalls and aggression.
