Ouch!

My poor roommmate Leslie. On Monday she fell on the way to work. At the Urgent Care they x-rayed her ankle and said it wasn't broken but she still had to be on crutches for a while. On Tuesday we went to a foot specialist and she told them the side of her foot was hurting. They x-rayed it and found a broken bone. Today another foot specialist, after I think more x-rays, said there are mutliple broken bones and they don't know how well it can be repaired. She ballroom dances for fun and on the way back she was all Scarlett O'Hara at the end of the movie, "I will dance again!"

Thanks. She seems optimistic this morning.

She's working on how she might get to work. There's a guy in her office whom she believes lives near us but she didn't know his name. I'm not sure how, but she did manage to get his name this morning. ;-)
