Letting it go would be nice

dragonyphoenixI had been super frustrated right up until last Tuesday. The kind of frustrated where I knew I was being unreasonable over things that shouldn’t have been bothering me at all but where I could not stop being upset. And then on Tuesday there were blue skies and sun, and I drove around for about an hour, running errands, and suddenly found myself thinking, “I feel great!” So apparently it was mostly SAD.
It does interest me that I could see I was being unreasonable - getting horrifically upset over situations that shouldn’t have even been an issue - but I couldn’t stop myself from feeling that anger. That’s an improvement, I’m thinking, from feeling justified when angry. Hopefully I can move to seeing that I’m upset over something stupid and then being able to let go of that anger. That would be nice.
