I'm side eyeing the following quotes, however:

...

I would imagine that the possibility of it taking years would negate the first claim as it's currently stated, but that's just me ;)

(a better statement would be: "With practice, energy orgasms have been helpful for some pre-orgasmic women in becoming genitally orgasmic over time.")
