It was started by Lit Gal. The mods no longer keep track of your postings so it's purely just to get you to write something each week. That actually worked for me. I was feeling under the weather a while back and I might have stopped writing for longer but after a week I realized I'd missed a Taming prompt and went straight back to writing.
