Did you know that J. Michael Straczynski, the creator of Babylon 5, wrote some of the She-Ra episodes? I was watching late night tv and stumbled across one a few years back. ;-)
I'm doing a rewatch of B5. I just finished the Grail episode.
I didn't know that! I actually think that She-Ra was the better show (in comparison with He-Man that is, even though I loved He-Man too), so maybe it's the writers more than just the concept that made the difference?
I really like it but the first season isn't my favorite. It peaks starting around the middle-ish of season 2 and continues to be excellent well into season 3.
