So my car was rear-ended two weeks ago. I was stopped just past a sharp bend in the road, waiting for another car to turn off the street I wanted to turn onto, when another car hit me from behind. State Farm, his insurance company, finally called me yesterday to get my side of the story. Apparently he told them my car was moving and that I suddenly hit my brakes. Not at all true! My car was stopped. I was waiting for another car to turn. I wasn't moving at all.
He also said my turn signal wasn't on. Nope, nope, nope. I always use my turn signal. It's automatic.
I'm feeling so frustrated. No, more than that. I'm mad. I'm angry. What a lying little twit!
And he hit me two weeks ago so I don't recall exactly but I'm pretty sure that he said something like he expected I would be making the turn and not stopped. In which case, he saw the turn signal. *is fuming*
