Fandom: The Sentinel but before the show starts, while Blair is an undergraduate.
Characters: Blair Sandburg
Rating: I'm going with PG because it mentions alcohol and drinking; otherwise I'd say G
Concrit: Please, in comments
Disclaimer: They aren't mine, not yet, but the will be once I've taken over the world. Bwah-ha-ha.

Notes
- Prompt from Taming the Muse: Etic
- The story of Blair's vision quest is based on a South American legend of Mani, the spirit of manioc, from the section “About Manioc” (p. 113 in my copy) in Sacred and Herbal Healing Beers by Stephen Harrod Buhner. Actually, pretty much anything Blair says about herbs or beer has been influenced and inspired by this book.
- I did not assign a specific tribe to the vision quest because I didn't want to name a tribe that didn't use vision quests. I own a book of short stories by the woman who wrote A Man Called Horse and was going to get a tribe name from that but I couldn't find the book before the posting deadline.
